Ice cream

I went to 31 ice cream again. This time, I ate different taste before. I ate mango, strawberry and cheesecakes, cookie and cream. It was also delicious!!

Kumamoto essay

I live in Kumamoto. Kumamoto has a lot of fascination. For example, building, culture, food, sports and university.

It is Kumamoto Castle. Kumamoto Castle, built by Lord Kato Kiyomasa in 1607, is one of the three outstanding castles of Japan.

It is Yamaga Toroga(Lantern) Festival. The lantern festival is held annually on August 15th and 16th in Yamaga City.

Kumamto's famous food is Basashi!! Basashi, thinly sliced raw horse meat, is surprisingly tender and mild. This dish is one of the local favorites for celebration dinners.

It is Kumamoto's local soccer team's emblem. Team name is ROSSO. It means read in Italian. Red image fire country of Kumamoto. This emblem's design is struggling horse and red shield. Horse means player running in the field. Shield means supporting supporter.


There are many kind of university in Kumamoto. My college is KUMAMOTO GAKUEN UNIVERSITY. There are the department of commercial science, economic, foreign language and social welfare. And there are attached high school. So there are so many students in campus.

Job

If I have a free time, I work part-time. I work at bakery. I like bread very much, so I'm happy to see appetizing bread or cute loaf.So I take enjoyment in my work.

Club

And I belong to walk club. This club has three walk events a year. First event is Day hike. We walk to Ezu Lake. We walked to there on May 19Th. It was very hot day! But we were very happy. Second event is night hike. We walk to Amakusa on June 23. We will go to by bus until halfway, then walk to sea about 10 kilometer. It will be very hard activity, but it will be precious memory. Third event is also night hike. This event will be on November.We walk to Mt.Kinpow. It will be very cold, so we bring hot soup, and after arriving the top, we eat soup together. It sounds like fun.

Study

I am a majoring in English. So I study English everyday. For example, learning how to read English paper, learning Intercultural communication, listening to English communication, learning introduction of English linguistic, speaking dairy communication and so on. Also I learned German, Korean, history of Japan etc. All class is hard, but I lead a full life now.

My campus life

I'm Kumamoto gakuen university student. I study English everday. And I belong to walk club. If I have a free time, I work part-time.My campus life is very fun!

A sightseeing spot I recommend

There are a lot of sightseeing spots in Kumamoto, for example, Mt.Aso, Kumamoto castle, Kurokawa hot spring and so on. I recommend my hometown Yatsushiro city. My hometown has a lot of nature. And there are some sightseeing spots. For example, there are suspension bridge, beautiful waterfall and wonderful maple tree in my hometown. And you can experience picking greentea. I want to come to my hometown at once.

Ice cream

I went to 31 ice cream. If we buy double ice cream, we are given one more now. So I bought it. It's very delicious!! The taste is Mango,caramel and berry cheese-cake. I like Mango the most. I want to eat again.
